BDT Accounts & BDT Transactions

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the player) and hg99 (the platform operator).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the hg99 platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the platform following any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hg99 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. Language of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translation or interpretation in another language, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all cases.
Your acceptance is confirmed by: registering an account, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using the hg99 platform in any capacity. You do not need to sign a separate document — use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use the hg99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

Geographic Eligibility

Account Registration & Security

One Account Policy

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hg99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. hg99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately so that the account can be secured.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication: hg99 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. With 2FA active, a one-time passcode is sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number each time a login is attempted from an unrecognised device. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a clear photograph of your Bangladesh National ID (NID) or passport. hg99 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method at its discretion. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.
Keeping Details Up to Date: You must notify hg99 promptly if any of your registered account details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment methods. Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on hg99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hg99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit on hg99 is ৳200. There is no upper limit on standard deposits, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your hg99 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect.
- hg99 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
- Deposits made using payment accounts not registered in your own name will be flagged, held, and may be returned to the originating account. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.
- All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts will be held until identity documents are reviewed and approved.
- hg99 targets a withdrawal processing time of 24 hours from the point of a verified withdrawal request. In practice, most mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed faster, but hg99 makes no guarantee of same-day processing.
- hg99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Mobile wallet or card provider fees applied at the recipient end are outside hg99's control.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if hg99 has reasonable grounds to investigate unusual account activity, suspected bonus abuse, or suspected breach of these Terms.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
hg99 offers a range of promotional bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and cricket betting promotions to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, in addition to the general bonus rules stated in this section. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.
General Bonus Rules
- All bonus offers are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, their first qualifying deposit.
- Bonuses are credited in BDT to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
- Wagering requirements specify which games contribute to clearing the bonus. Typically, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each promotion are published with that promotion's terms.
- hg99 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while a player holds an active bonus balance, the remaining bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be voided.
- Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with one another unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
- Players who self-exclude or enter a cooling-off period while holding an active bonus forfeit the bonus balance and all associated wagering progress.
Section 6
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
hg99 offers real-money casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting markets. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the relevant game provider. hg99 does not alter game outcomes and has no ability to influence RNG-determined results once a game round has commenced.
Casino Games
By launching any casino game on hg99, you agree to be bound by the rules of that specific game as defined by its software provider — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or others. Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on hg99 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other covered markets — are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. hg99 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or correct obvious pricing errors at any time. In-play bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as reported by the governing body.
Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted mid-game, hg99's servers will continue to process the game round in progress using the latest confirmed game state. Upon reconnection, the result of the interrupted round will be displayed and your balance will reflect the outcome. hg99 is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.
No Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any tool that places bets, spins reels, or interacts with hg99 games without direct human input is strictly forbidden. Accounts found using automated play tools will be permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. hg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in the conduct listed below, and to withhold or forfeit any balance associated with that account. In serious cases, hg99 may refer matters to relevant authorities.
- Underage gambling: Registering or using an hg99 account if you are under 18 years of age.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one hg99 account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
- False identity: Providing inaccurate, falsified, or fraudulent identity or payment documents during registration or KYC verification.
- Money laundering: Using hg99 as a mechanism to launder funds of illegal origin. hg99 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
- Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider on a deposit that was legitimately used for gaming activity on hg99. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate permanent account suspension and recovery action.
- Hack attempts: Attempting to access hg99 systems, databases, or software in an unauthorised manner, or exploiting software vulnerabilities or glitches to obtain credits or gaming advantages.
- Threats or harassment: Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward hg99 staff or other players via any communication channel.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
hg99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms & Conditions have been breached, or where it is required to do so for compliance, legal, or responsible gaming reasons. hg99 will aim to provide notice of account action wherever practicable, but is not obligated to do so in cases involving suspected fraud, AML concerns, or ongoing investigation.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your hg99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any pending bets will be settled according to normal procedures and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances at the time of closure are forfeited.
Responsible Gaming Closure
Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their account closed promptly and without delay. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period regardless of the player's subsequent instructions. hg99 takes self-exclusion requests with the utmost seriousness as a matter of player welfare. Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, you lose access to your game history, transaction records, and the hg99 platform. hg99 retains account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy for the periods required by applicable data retention obligations. If your account was closed due to a Terms breach, any associated accounts operating under the same identity will also be reviewed and may be closed.
